    Medical Form
    • I consent to my child receiving initial treatment from the school clinic by a qualified school nurse, and, if necessary, at a local clinic or hospital. I agree to pay all expenses incurred on behalf of my child.
    • I also understand that I must provide a medical report to the school if requested due to healthcare-related concerns.
    Admission Documents
    • Completed Student Application Form (either submitted online or in person at the school Admission Office).
    • Two recent personal photos of the student.
    • A copy of the parent and student’s Saudi/Iqama IDs.
    • A copy of the student's and parent's passport.
    • Reference Letter from Sponsor (Gurdian)
    • A copy of the birth certificate.
    • A copy of Immunization certificate.
    • Medical report from a licensed hospital (Grade 1 /Year 2 students or any specific cases).
    • Original previous school certificates/Reports.
    • Financial clearance from the previous school (students transferring from schools in Saudi Arabia).
    • Finalise the procedure of transferring the student from his/her previous school on Noor Program (students transferring from schools in Saudi Arabia).
    • Transcript equivalence from the Ministry of Education Office (if academic reports were obtained from outside Saudi Arabia).
      Note:Note: The submitted academic reports must be originals and complete, certified, and attested by the following authorities:
      • The Ministry of Education in the country from which it was issued or the authority supervising public education.
      • The Saudi Embassy or its representative and the Cultural Attaché.

    Admission Requirements are to ensure a smooth admissions process; we require several key documents from prospective students:

    • Failure to provide the required documentation may result in your child being withdrawn from school.
    • It is the parents’ responsibility to submit updated copies of passports and Iqamas. Failure to do so may also lead to the withdrawal of the student.

    I, parent of in Grade/Year , I hereby acknowledge and confirm that I have reviewed and understood the contents of the admission policy, financial policy. I commit to working collaboratively with the school administration to support the educational and developmental aims set for my child.

    Should there be any requests or requirements, I will address them promptly and provide written responses to the school or contact them directly at the school premises when necessary.

    Consent for Student Recording and Use of Images

    Do you consent to the recording or photographing of your child during school events, activities, and daily occurrences for documentation and promotional purposes, with the possibility of sharing them on the school's website and social media platforms?

    My commitments include:

    • Upholding and supporting the school's policies.
    • Demonstrating respect and support towards the school community.
    • Keeping the school updated with current contact information.
    • Collaborating with school management regarding safe and considerate vehicular movement in and out of the school vicinity, ensuring minimal disruption to neighbors and traffic.

    Furthermore, I acknowledge that:

    • All regulations set forth by the Ministry of Education are applied.
    • The school reserves the right to deny admission to students or request parents to seek alternative educational arrangements if there is a failure to comply with school or Ministry of Education guidelines, or financial obligations.
    • Should my child fail to adhere to the school's system during the Academic Year, the school may propose transferring my child to another school.
    • I agree to and accept all rules regarding Student Misconduct as outlined by the Ministry of Education and as detailed on the school's website.
